Return Conditions:


Before requesting a return, it must be ensured that the products are unused, undamaged and in their original packaging.
There is no unconditional refund. For a refund, the product must be damaged or sent incorrectly.
The return request must be made within 30 days from the delivery date of the product.
The products to be returned must be sent back with the invoice or order number during the purchase process.
The user agrees to pay the shipping cost of the product that is accepted for return.
Product returns are made via transfer to your bank account on the day we receive the product.
Order cancellation or refund cannot be made after the product is shipped.

Return Process:


To request a return, please contact our customer service or create a return request through your Brandeaters account.
Once your return request is approved, you will be provided with instructions regarding the return process and the address information you need to return it to.
Once the return and inspection of the products are completed, the refund process will be initiated and your payment will be refunded to your payment method, excluding shipping fees, on the same day.
Non-Returnable Products: Returns are not accepted in the following cases:


Specially prepared or personalized products in line with special demands.
Products whose original packaging is damaged or lost.
If the product change is due to our customer choosing the wrong model, marjiyen.com has the right not to make this change.
Exchange Conditions:


Before requesting an exchange, it must be ensured that the products are unused, undamaged and in their original packaging.
The exchange request must be made within 30 days from the delivery date of the product.
Brandeaters.com is obliged to replace your wrong or faulty products free of charge. When you send your faulty product to the address given to you, with buyer's payment, your new product will be sent to you and the exchange process will be initiated.
