Where we ship

We currently ship to all 27 countries of the European Union.

Shipping costs

• Standard Tracked Shipping: €4.99 per order
• Free shipping on orders of €30 or more

The shipping cost is shown at checkout before you pay.

Processing and delivery time

Orders are usually prepared and dispatched within 1–3 business days. Most orders arrive within 2 weeks of being placed. During holidays and peak sales periods, delivery can occasionally take a little longer.

Order tracking

Every order is shipped with tracking. As soon as your order is dispatched, we'll email you a tracking number and link so you can follow your parcel. You can also see your tracking information on your order status page.

Delayed or lost parcels

If your order hasn't arrived within 20 business days of being placed, please email us at hello@brandeaters.com with your order number and we'll look into it right away.

Shipping address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice a mistake, email us as soon as possible. We can update the address only if the order hasn't been dispatched yet.

Damaged items

If your item arrives damaged, email us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we'll make it right.
