How do I know which model to choose?

Every case is made for one specific model. Check your device before ordering. On AirPods, the model is shown in Settings > Bluetooth > tap the (i) next to your AirPods. On iPhone, go to Settings > General > About. Then pick that exact model from the menu on the product page. Not sure? Email us before ordering and we'll help.

I ordered the wrong model. Can I exchange it?

We don't offer free exchanges for a wrong model choice, so please double-check before ordering. You can still cancel within 14 days of delivery. In that case, return shipping is paid by you. See our Return & Refund Policy for details.

Are AirPods, iPhone or Apple Watch included?

No. You're buying the case or stand only.

How do I track my order?

When your order ships, we'll email you a tracking link. If you haven't received it, check your spam folder or email us.

My order arrived damaged or I got the wrong item. What now?

Sorry about that! Email us at hello@brandeaters.com with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.
